Spotlight Strategies started when a vendor needed help connecting with brokers but didn’t have a consulting budget. I offered a “Spotlight” — a focused way to introduce their product to our broker network. The approach revealed the power of high-trust, strategic outreach, and from that insight, Spotlight Strategies evolved into a consulting model: providing vendors meaningful visibility, actionable insights, and ongoing broker engagement.
